1. Agreement to These Terms
By accessing or using Tally Ticker, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Tally Ticker Provides
Tally Ticker provides tools for creating score controllers, broadcasting live scoreboards, keeping match history, viewing leaderboards, and managing player-related match information. Some features may be available only to registered users.
3. Guest Mode and Account Mode
Guest mode is intended for temporary scoring. Guest matches may expire and be removed automatically. Account mode allows users to save eligible matches, connect with players, and access account-only features. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
4. User Content
You may upload or submit names, match details, scores, images, and other content. You confirm that you have the right to submit that content and that it does not violate another person's rights, privacy, or applicable law. You keep ownership of your content, but grant Tally Ticker permission to host, display, process, and share it as needed to operate the service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with live scoring or availability, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, impersonate others, or use Tally Ticker for unlawful, abusive, or misleading activity.
6. Scores, Rankings, and Availability
Scores, leaderboards, and match records depend on user-entered data and network availability. Tally Ticker does not guarantee that every score, ranking, timer, or broadcast will be complete, official, uninterrupted, or error-free.
7. Payments and Future Marketplace Features
Future booking, coaching, venue, subscription, or payment features may have additional terms, pricing, cancellation rules, and third-party payment processor requirements. Those terms will apply when those features become available.
8. Privacy
Tally Ticker processes account, match, connection, and usage information to provide the service. Do not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed for scoring or account features.
9. Suspension or Removal
We may suspend access, remove content, or limit usage if we believe there is misuse, security risk, legal risk, or activity that harms users or the service.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Tally Ticker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or service interruptions.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Tally Ticker after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
